Terrible Experience, Terrible/Inexistent Customer Service

I recently downloaded this software for a project I am working on.

I have been unable to open it as it crashes upon opening everytime, even when it is the only thing open. I have been trying to get in touch with any form of customer service via their website - needless to say unsuccesfully. Honestly, seems even worst coming from an established developer like Macware.

Just because your product is 5 bucks, doesnt mean you can take my money and never deliver a useful product.

I heavily suggest anyone considering a design software steers clear.
